   Such a well organised spacious store, with a great selection of jeans. I was welcomed by the lovely employee Shenaya. I spent a lot of time trying to find myself an outfit for an important function and she was so patient and helpful the whole time, I wouldn’t have found what I needed without her! Overall wonderfull experience thanks to shenaya and the rest of the nice workers on that day, highly recommend this store.

   On Tuesday afternoon, 16th December, between 5:15 and 5:27 pm, my family and I visited Just Jeans at Sylvia Park. I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the three staff members present in the store. The shop was empty, yet none of them greeted us or offered assistance. We browsed around and eventually found a nice shirt for my husband. I had to reach up, find the size myself, and hand it to him to try on. After he decided to purchase it, I took it to the counter and paid. Throughout the entire time, no one asked if we needed help—the three staff members were simply laughing and chatting among themselves. Even at the checkout, there was nothing to make us feel welcome. Just Jeans should consider hiring friendlier, more professional, and non-judgmental customer-facing employees. In the end, my 7-year-old daughter thanked the staff as we left, and all we heard in response were mumbled words which really showed they didn't care. On the other hand, when we visited Tarocash, the single staff member in the store was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t find anything to purchase and left empty-handed, the experience was pleasant thanks to their attitude.

   Came here to see if I can get a matching colour Trousers for my newly purchased Suit Jacket as those were not available mostly everywhere. Decided to go ahead with some JJ stock in hand by trying their Slim Tapered style. Girls in the shop were very patient to listen to me and tended to my need with some careful attention. Really appreciated that plus I did leave this place with a purchase. My purchase will be used accordingly so thank you again. Highly recommend them. Will be back again and will tell my friends too about it. Great location within the Mall itself.

   A quick shout out to the staff instore this morning. I bought 2 pair of jeans 2 weeks ago that were meant to be the same size. One was branded incorrectly so i needed to exchange it. Lost the receipt so i offered staff my phone bank statement. Jeans swapped without any drama So easy. Thanks Ladies
