   Hi Andrea, Just a couple of quick points regarding your post. Trev does not have an automated email reply on his emails nor does he have an online booking system, phone calls only. Trev does not have a "team" he works independently. Are you sure you are talking about South Auckland Clutch Services in Moa Street? Trev is a highly respected mechanic and has been working in the same workshop for over 40 years. Look forward to your reply. Sue

   I booked my car in for a warrant online a week before I needed it done and received a nice automated Email reply, in which it said that my booking was pending confirmation and that one of their team members would be in touch with me. So I tentatively booked leave for that morning the following week also. Unfortunately, no one from South Auckland Clutch contacted me to confirm the booking. Although it is not the end of the world, it was more of a nuisance as I had assumed they would reply to my booking online, and the fact that i booked that way, due to convenience as I do not get a chance to use a phone and try to call places during work hours.
