   We are a tyre business that relies on reliable deliveries for our customers. We ordered tyres from one of our suppliers this morning and unfortunately this supplier uses Kings Transport & Logistics as their courier company. The reason I say unfortunately is that this is not the first time that we have had issues with waiting for deliveries from the same courier company for product from the same supplier. I ordered tyres this morning which was collected by the Kings Transport driver at 10h48 from the supplier warehouse in East Tamaki and was only delivered to our store in Grey Lynn at 4h35. These tyres was for a customer that was booked in at our store at 2h30 and collecting at 10h48 should have given the driver ample time to deliver the product long before the booked time of 2h30. This is seriously the most unreliable courier business around and I would not recommend anyone using them ever and due to their inefficiency I have lost not only the sale but also the customer.
