   Sold me rusty junk driveshaft , drove all the way from Whangarei to Sth Auck to pick this up , was dubious when I took it looking at the condition , But was advised it was okay by staff , Took it to a specialist who said it is totally unusable , the yolk had rust putting , So I had to drive all the way back to get a refund and get abused by rude obnoxious Owners of the Place , Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere if you want secondhand parts that are of usable quality

   I'm sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with the lady boss in the end. Although she is very well versed with the parts, technically minded and knows what she was talking about, she was rude, unfriendly, and unforgiving. I bought a gearbox part a week ago and placed it in our warehouse on a pallet shelf until I could get a mechanic to install the part. Before he installed the part, he took it out of the boot onto a jack so he could take my car for a drive to see if it was really the gearbox issue. Turns out it wasn't. The mechanic then called Jap Spares on my behalf if I could return it and they said yes with a 10% restocking fee, to which I agreed to. Once my car was repaired, the mechanic placed the gearbox in to my boot securely for me to return to Jap Spares. Once I arrived and their staff hoisted the gearbox out, the lady boss immediately assumed I returned someone else's gearbox! She was adamant that wasn't their gearbox they sold to me. I was gobsmacked to hear what else was coming out of her mouth, asking why does it looked dirty and dusty. Well, I bought it like that! It was never touched or tampered for a week as it was sitting on the 2nd shelf of our tidy warehouse shelves. She continued to claim that someone tampered with the screws that were attached to the part, along with some other claims. I told her to be very careful what she claims as I can produce CCTV camera of the part sitting on a pallet for a week and have the mechanic make a statement that it was never installed, only put in and taken out of my boot securely, and that I could take this to claims. I lost $135 on the restocking fee, and yet she can complain we're wasting their time. It was appalling to receive such disgusting attitude and poor service.

   I enjoyed their customer service. I needed a bonnet and I found one. The bonnet was at their warehouse so the staff went to the warehouse to get it. It was like a 30 minute wait but the product was what I was looking for. The bonnet was cleaned and ready to be taken away. This place specialises in Japanese car parts. You can also find them on Trade Me. This is how I came to know this place. Cheers

   Repeat customer. Always friendly and great to deal with. Prices are very hard to beat. They always spend time on the phone with you to help out & make sure you don’t waste your time or money by buying the wrong part or waste time travelling there. Honest & knowledgable with great customer service. They make sure you’re happy with your purchase before asking to pay.

   I've had good experiences with these guys in the past, but recently not so much. DO NOT bother coming here for any kind of small interior or exterior parts, they will claim they don't have the thing before you ever have time to explain what it is. These guys are great for large exterior panels and engine parts, but not much else.

   This company has no control over how they manage their inventory. Came to buy a front bumper for my car but the lady was telling us that she cannot find the part as the night before they were broken into and that happens at times. Appreciate her for taking 10mins to find the part but they should have a set inventory person to look at their parts
