Went in to buy a new battery for the car but was given wrong one with wrong post size. When i went in again to do an exchange the lady who i assume is the store manager started to give attitude that since the post was scratched then they shouldnt be giving a refund. Ok sure but i had given my car rego for previous staff to search the correct one and even showed photos of old unit but was assured i had the correct one (check CCTV for proof). Although i can understand the previous staff may have made a mistake and that the system has an error, a better response should have been to acknowledge the mistake and even take the opportunity to update the system so it doesnt happen to the new buyer. Other staff members were great except for this person, would expected better from someone of that position. Wont return to this store again but will go back to my usual Manukau store.
Omg... the girl behind counter (with long hair ) knew more than me about which paint I should use! Her knowledge was second to none . ! Much. Respect. Even had none on shelves which I wanted but sourced the paint immediately. I'm in awe. Thanks REPCO BOTANY for the service. Ten stars ( which is more than Google recommends. :-)
Needed a car battery urgently. Researched, found Repco had a good special on what I needed, with a 40 month warranty (their search by number plate very useful). Went in, assisted by helpful staff and out the door within 5 minutes! Fitted myself within 5 minutes and 100% perfect!!

The store is fairly large and located next tot eh VTNZ station in Botany. The people were all behind the counter and were quite helpful in trying to find items when asked.
My nearest Repco store now. Staff are always helpful when you finally get served. Sadly, this is the only Repco store that I've been to ever! There's usually 3 or more staff working everytime I walk in. But without fail by the time I've got what I need there's only 1 staff actually serving. Unsure why. I have even thought a couple of times now (while waiting to be served) this is taking too long... I'll just go somewhere else instead. To date I haven't yet. Just a friendly bump, to encourage a more focused "Team customer service" efforts.
Went to the shop trying get warranty replacement for my powerbuilt tools, the staff not helpful at all, said nothing he can do without any invoice. As my previous experiences with few other Repco branch no issue at all to get warranty claim. Drive another 15 minutes down to Repco mt Wellington, staff was very helpful. Get the tools warranty claim done in 2 days.
The customer in front of me couldn’t do his LayBuy transaction and the staff couldn’t even pick the right wiper blade for my car. The employees are unaware of products and payment processes. Service was painfully slow. And employees were not attentive at all to customers around the shop that needed help. I would have rated this half a star if there was an option here on Google. What an absolutely poor service. It’s SuperCheap Auto for me from here on out.
