We have been researching Hybrid timber look floor tiles. Found them in Tile Max while looking for wall tiles. Trish was wonderfully helpful with information on both products and guidence on their use.this is a great place to shop just ask for Trish.
After driving around Auckland looking for cute tiles for our kitchen and bathroom reno we stopped into Tilemax East Tamaki and were pleasantly surprised by the selection they have. The staff are warm, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Josef has been so kind and lovely and Trish was absolutely amazing! Trish especially has made the whole process so easy. She gave wonderful advice about the durability of certain tiles for the bathroom and found some amazing accent tiles that would work really well with everything. She really cared about making sure our renos looked good and we so appreciate it. We decided to order some beautiful tiles that had limited stock and Trish went above and beyond to secure them for us. We felt so taken care of. Thank you so much- next time we have a reno I know I will be going back for the lovely tiles and even lovelier service!
After driving around half of Auckland looking for my perfect colour tile, I stopped into TileMax East Tamaki. I met Trish who was really helpful with helping me work out which pattern style I could use in a small area and even gave me a brochure with all the pattern style on so I could have a valuable conversation with my tiler. Josef was also helpful in giving me some tiles to take home and view in place. On my return visit I was again greeted by Trish and her lovely welcoming and helpful manner. I bought my gorgeous tiles and they look amazing!. I've had so many comments on them. I returned a third time to get some advice on a completely different product and again, Trish greeted me with a big smile and saved the day... again and advised me on the product I needed. My overall experience was great and I would definately go back and recommend Tilemax to others especially if they are needing bathroom products/ install or tile advice. Excellent all round. Trish at Tilemax East Tamaki was brilliant to work with. She made helpful suggestions from their good range of tiles and was generous with the loan of full size samples which provide a great opportunity to envisage the end product in the room. Will definitely use Tilemax again in the future.
