   Dissapointed and let down. Purchased a spring form cake tin 2.5 years ago and have only ever baked a handful of times with it. Went to use it last week and the batter (a more runny one than I've ever baked) leaked out of the underside of the tin and all throughout my oven causing a great mess. Reached out to the customer service email and advised them of the issue. Long story short, they've refused to replace even though it is quite clearly a defect or has failed through no fault of my own. For a customer who has spent a small fortune over the years with a company that makes as much as it does, it's truly shameful that they couldn't even so much as offer a replacement to do good by a loyal customer. From now on, taking my hard earned money elsewhere. Suggest everyone else do the same. For if you ever encounter an issue such as this, expect this to be the experience you get.

   I love my Thermomix! it has changed my life, i use it everyday. It is so easy to use and there are so many recipes, I don't know where to start. So easy to make pantry staples from scratch that are way healthier as you know what is going in them. Once you understand how to use it, it is so easy to re create you own favorite recipes in the machine too! Lisa Hays was my consultant and she was so friendly and helpful!
