   Work was good. Got a courtesy car for free which is nice. But the WOF ran out a few days before giving it back. So was driving around with no WOF for a few days. Filled the car up on Sunday the night before giving it back. Drove to work ( Mt Wellington) then back to them. I rang them and told them I had to drive it to work then to them. The guy who answered the phone said it's absolutely fine don't worry. Got to the place and the petrol just went down one bar ( as I advised the gentleman over the phone). The lady got angry at me because I didn't fill it completely up. They ended charging $20 to top it up. Then hopped into my car and noticed my eftpos card was missing from where I keep it in my car. Worse experience ever. Even though the car was fixed it's making noises every time I put it in tiptronic and uses it. Sounds like something to do with the suspension.

   Got my wof done here 2 days ago regarding my car for a wof as i wanted to sell it and get a wof before hand, they quoted me 4-6 grand on repairs on my control arm, ball joints etc. Had my car looked at in highland park only to be quoted 1.5 grand in labour and everything else they said wasn’t actually wrong with the car. My mechanic told me that they are most likely scammers. I honestly thought that it would be genuine but no. They didn’t want to renew the wof as then it wouldn’t be road worthy. If you don’t believe me or the other one star reviews then just look at the comparison of how many likes the one stars have compared to the five stars. Also when i talked to the mechanic who was looking at my car he said they weren’t going to charge me for the wof as they wouldn’t complete them his boss came and charged me. Edit: i just want to come on here again and explain that when they didnt want renew my wof as to help me they said they if they wrote a new wof it would over write the one i had on it then which was going to expire 6 months from now. Total bs.

   My car broke down on a public holiday which fell on a Friday. So I towed it on a Saturday and thank God this place was the only place opened. Got it towed there they called me a few days later telling me my transmission was completely gone. Once I paid a deposit they worked on it and it got done after a few days. Had a few bad experience w mechanics in the past but I thank God this place was opened . Highly recommend. They even cleaned my car aswell:)

   My sunglasses was missing after leaving my car at the workshop. I am sure the boss is honest but he has many staff. I tried to call the boss and even left a message but the boss failed to return call. Maybe he knew the subject matter because I raised the complaint with his office staff. However the panel work is OK.

   Wow! Had a great experience at Botany Vehicle Service. From start to finish I encountered friendly helpful staff and communication throughout the whole time was excellent. Before work was done on the damaged front section of my car I was given a detailed description of what they had found and what needed to be fixed. The final result was fantastic. Very handy to be offered a courtesy car as well Cheers guys
