   I was really saddened by my experience at the Golden Mountain. We came in a week prior to have our island shirts and a dress tailored, and the male staff member assisting us was extremely unprofessional. First, he forgot who we were and acted as if our name wasn’t in the booking, even though I had to physically show him the confirmation myself, despite us having paid a deposit. When I tried on my shirt and requested a few adjustments, the fit was way off (long arms, a long neck, and a very loose shirt). Instead of addressing it professionally, he began giving attitude and even threw a tantrum, appearing uncooperative and mean, as if he didn’t want to make any adjustments. When I asked him to measure properly to avoid mistakes, he insisted he already knew without measuring. I told him I was very dissatisfied with the service, especially considering the cost, and reminded him that he needs to listen to what the client wants rather than imposing his own ideas, as feedback for future jobs. He became visibly upset. When I mentioned that there are negative reviews about his service on Google, he bluntly said he didn’t care. This was a very disappointing experience. It is unfortunate that such poor customer service overshadowed what should have been a simple tailoring experience.
