I rang after a serious concerning interaction with one of their refrigerated vans. I left a message, as it was late afternoon busy time for transport firms. The message gave a brief outline of what happened and the seriousness of their drivers actions. Several days later nothing Nada not a call, even one to say thanks but no thanks. Seriously doubt the professionalism of this company...

Worst courier company ever, the drivers are overworked which leads to deliveries being late or have to drive like a madman and adds hours to your working day. You constantly have to apologize to customers for things you didn't do or are out of your hands. Chilled product gets delivered thawed, pay gets cut when GPS shows your van wasn't moving for 20 mins because you have to wait for a signature. You can actually steal as long as the customer signs for 9 boxes of meat for example, you deliver 8 by mistake and boom! Free box of meat
Drivers are rude and intimidating. had an incident over a year ago and then saw the same feedback on here. Owner is just as bad- called him to complain and he completely shut me down. Stay away from these rednecks.
Would you do business with a company if their van drivers drive like dangerous drunks on the road? I wouldn't !! Van rego number HBK300 Customised Deliveries white vehicle constantly drifts in and out of their lane on Te Irirangi Drive on Friday the 2nd March around 10am. Then deliberately drives through the red lights turning into Great South Road at the Cavendish Drive intersection. You have been reported to the traffic police!
