   Craig was incredibly helpful when I came in asking about our pool that had come with the house we had bought. I didn’t know anything about pool maintenance and he gave me a full rundown of what I needed to do and what products would help. He was very insightful and I can’t thank him enough for his help. I would highly recommend for all of your pool/spa advice and needs 10/10!

   Our original pool guy retired. Poolwerx was engaged. We never had issues for 7 years until they came along. The pool has been green for months and the kids are pretty disappointed not to be able to use the pool over the holidays. When we're told they'll come by, they don't or they come days or weeks later. We top up the chlorine weekly when we didn't need to before. To top it off, they keep leaving cigarette butts in the herb garden.

   Not a good experience, asked Poolwerx to come and help with our leaking pool, they said that they could and would get the service guy to call us to make a time. Hadn’t heard back for a week so chased them up again. Again they said someone would call. Still no contact from anybody and it’s been 3 weeks now. If they weren’t able to do the job then should have just said so. We contacted another company that arrived and fixed our pool within 4 days. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody! Complete waste of my time!

I particularly appreciate the time they take to help you understand what is going on with your pool (if that's what you want) or will quickly direct you to an effective solution (if that's all you need). Never any pressure to buy expensive products unnecessarily.
