    Don’t use. We went and saw then in January about an estate. No communication or update was given even after numerous times of trying to contact them. We finally got a response in April for an update and she (Lisa) still hasn’t done a single thing. Lisa apologized about it but didn’t even seem bothered that we were waiting for that long.

    Very poor service, very expensive what others have stated, the account was unclear and too top it off very rude.

    So slack with processing any paperwork. They never sent signed papers away to the next lawyer instead put it in their filing cabinet until 2 weeks later when we went and just picked then up ourselves. Bill is horedously high for reasons unknown

    Felt judged and stereo typed. Very unprofessional service. Had to always chase up and make a number of unnecessary visits backwards and forwards to the office. Communication was terrible, very one sided. Do not waste your money.

    Rude and unprofessional to deal with. You should always make sure your customers are happy and say "Goodbye, have a good evening" before HANGING UP ON THEM!!! Wouldn't even trust them with my goldfish's will.
