   Remember dealing with these guys a few years back and from liaisons from my mortgage advisor I would definitely not reccomend. Had certain signatures that could've easily been signed off from the JP as free of charge and she crossed them both out in front of my parents and signed them herself. Very insouciant to understand our own people and at times came off intimidating as well as pretentious. Not surprised at all though especially when coming across lawyers such as this one.
