Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This has been the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a freight forwarder. They carelessly and recklessly dumped all my boxes onto the pallets with no care whatsoever—just threw them on and wrapped them up like garbage. No proper stacking, no securing of fragile items—just complete negligence. To make matters worse, they charged me an exorbitant fee, far beyond what was reasonable, and blatantly lied to me, assuring me that all costs were covered. Yet, when my shipment arrived at the other end, I was slapped with unexpected fees that they never disclosed. When I confronted them, they were completely unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility for their deception. This company is a complete scam. They do not care about their customers or their shipments. If you value your time, money, and goods, stay far away from this company. I deeply regret trusting them, and I hope others don’t make the same mistake.
