Creme insurance are our brokers. They are the agency BMW New Market use for their vehicles therefore we went ahead and signed up with them. Unfortunately we had a minor incident with our vehicle where we weren't at fault. Creme insurance did a great job of sorting this out for us in the end.
I have to thank Moira who put in the effort for us. She was pleasant to deal with and understood our situation when the actual insurance company didn't. Thank you Moira and team for getting us through in the end!

Creme Insurance sold us transit insurance underwritten by Ando Insurance Group. It cost us just over $1000. Our goods were in a shocking state upon delivery and we submitted a claim. While Creme Insurance only forwards on emails, it's been almost two months and the too-ing and fro-ing of emails requesting multitudes of quotes has not stopped and I genuinely feel they are making this as exhausting a process as possible, in the hope I'll just go away.
However a principle is a principle. We took the transit insurance (which covers the moving of your goods and safe delivery) to ensure exactly that. It is clear from the review on Container Relocations that no care was taken in the packing of our household goods. We are still trying to find companies able to give us quotes to repair the damaged broken goods, and as of 23 March (our household was delivered on 18 January however have taken three weeks to unpack 90%), this matter is still unresolved. I visited the laundromat twice weekly since delivery of our goods, as the washing machine was damaged in the move (the pump underneath the machine had been damaged with the result water poured straight through it and out the bottom onto the floor) - we were required to pay the Samsung service technician first and in the final claim will settle that cost $115 for Technician + $70 to replace part). The inconvenience of having to deal with it all, keep responding to emails, and still finding time to obtain quotes. I would not recommend this insurance at all.
