Amazing service from all staff members. Big thank you to the staff members for making me feel comfortable and restoring my smile. I highly recommend this place for cheap prices. I found out they only charge $30 for one x-ray whereas other places charge $120 or more. I definitely will recommend them to my family.
Whitening service wasnt what i had expected. Quite disappointed actually. Not sure if thats how the service usually starts but would highly recommend having all the service equipment all ready before client starts treatment to avoid any delay & having to hold the equipment in the beginning. Found that part really unprofessional like it was a home job. Made me want to get out faster. I would also recommend advertising more on the promotions that are advertised for services for example $180 teeth whitening gives you 20mins, 1 shade brighter instead of just plain $180 teeth whitening. The 3 stars make up for the amazing dentist I had do the cleaning & polishing- Yon. Really detailed the before care & aftercare to avoid more work having to be done when coming back in. Thank you for acknowledging that part of whitening service even though that wasnt his doing.
Had my hygiene treatments done by Swetas. She has to be the best ive come across since Nigel Baers days in Puke. Honest professional treatment and advice for extra protection to her awesome brilliant work. Thanks Leabank a very satisfied patient. I would give 10 stars for all staff here at leabank i dealt with for their professionalism and honesty to just be helpful in their profession. Much respect

Bless Leabank dental staff for such wonderful service. Been there four times already and all staff I've seen have very kind manner, use to be scared going dentist but they make me feel so comfortable and safe every time. Reena Raj is so polite and friendly she explains everything to me so well. Never had a problem here, full star for this place
Went to my appointment today and I was amazed and so happy with the service from both the ladies working there. They were super friendly over the phone and have such a gentle nature in person. Also just so informative as to what was going on in my mouth haven't been to a dentist in 16years so yeah was pretty nervous. Cute little setup as well all the rooms are so hygenically clean and just a nice private clinic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you book an appointment with them. Won't be disappointed. Such wonderful staff. Thankyou Ladies
