   I have an appointment with Shine Dental @Manukau, the staff were really friendly and professional from Dr Sam Hyun to the nurses and receptionist. very efficient and procedure went really well. I was really nervous but Dr Sam makes me relax and the next thing I know it's done. Thanks a lot team Manukau.I can recommend this dental group to whoever wants any dental treatment.

   I picked up my new denture today! Absolutely happy with the end result and thanks to the dental team and Dr Devika Ram for your excellent service. Had 4 appointments in total, each were smooth, stress-free and to the point. If you don't ask, then you won't know, I was satisfied with all the information given during the entire process. From the get-go, on my initial visit their receptionist was top notch in customer service, friendly, warm attitude, and for such a small clinic I hope in the near future they will be granted funding that will allow them to expand their business, but just stay local please lol. I appreciate your professionalism and caring service. Thanks again ;)

   Awful dentist. Bumped me twice because I had GrabOne voucher and was waiting for appointment at the dentists when a full paying client came. Dentist is money hungry and greedy. Rebooked me for 6 weeks later which is the earliest they allow for GrabOne customer. I was there when a client came for his dentures. Receptionist handed them from her hand, no gloves and handed it to customer and asked him to fit it into his mouth. Total lack of hygiene. Wanted to give a 0 star but there is no option. Avoid this place!

   Paid $59 on a grab one deal for a for a full clean and mouth inspection, I had low expectations because of the low price but was very impressed, they did a thorough clean and did X-rays and were able to give me a run down on the price and what was involved for the further work needing to be done, will likely be back!

   I can't speak more highly about the staff at Shine Dental. At another dentist I had a bad experience when getting a filling so was quite anxious when needing another. At Shine they were so understanding and made me feel so relaxed. This is now my go to dentist.

   I called the team here to ask for an appointment. I was asked if it is for a Grab One Voucher, I told them I haven't purchased a Voucher yet, but I can do that if they'd like to book me in. My details were checked, and I was given an appointment slot. I was asked to purchase the Voucher and call back with the voucher number. I purchased the voucher online and gave them a call back to confirm everything. The person to attend the call this time told me I am not eligible to book with them with the voucher as they consider me an existing customer as I got a service done with them in 2017. This voucher is for new clients only. No one bothered to tell me the first time, as I won't have bothered to go by the voucher in the first place. To top it all off, she then tells me to lie to tell the voucher company about me purchasing the voucher by mistake to get a refund. This is my second bad experience with this place. Safe to say, be very careful if you are booking appointments with them. Their definition of basic terms is very different from the rest of us.
