Easy to talk to had exactly the same part I was after for my mercedes and fast response back which was good as I needed a alternator asap
Rang multiple times. Was hung up on, and put on hold indefinitely. Unhelpful staff in store, would not sell me second hand parts due to no warranty? Would not offer any solution or source any parts. Would not recommend getting parts from here
Called this team and was advised that they had the gearbox we needed, specifically confirmed it's for the car we had. We drove all the way to Auckland from the Coromandel to find out the gearbox was not what he advised it was. The guy we spoke to was told by his colleague they didn't have any either. Not even so much as a sorry. Not impressed!

I should have read the reviews before dealing with these people. It says it all. Relied on their advice that I will be needing a part but end up not compatible. Trying to return the part but declined due their ridiculous return policy. The manager is as disrespectful as walking away to the arguement. Did not even have the balls to give his name.
