   HOW CAN AN OWNER BE SO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS? I just called this company for a refund and return of the item my mechanic bought, and the owner KEVIN, BAD MOUTHED ME OVER THE PHONE about not WASTING HIS TIME. HE SAID THE "F" WORD TO A CUSTOMER JUST BECAUSE A CUSTOMER IS CLAIMING A RETURN AND REFUND?! YOUR WEBSITE SAYS REFUND IS OK WITHIN 28 DAYS, WHY WOULD ARE YOU SO RUDE TO PEOPLE?!!!!

   Needed to buy a part from this supplier. First phone call was professional and was quoted a set price, well done very happy customer service. Called back a few weeks later to oder parts. Unfortunately another guy was quoted $200 above what i was quoted and i was told i was asking to many questions when asking them about the price i was initially quoted. Pretty much was told im wasting their time and hung up on me. I believe that i was speaking to the owner of the company that was rude and unprofessional. I will be visiting this company in person for a explanation. Unfortunately i have taken this very personal.

   I purchased some spares from Startech using my credit card,After receiving my credit card statement I noticed I was charged twice for my spares.I contacted Startech with my complaint,all they said was we will get back to you,which they didn't. I called again only for a the sales person to admit they did overcharge me,with no apologies for overcharging me nor not getting back to me or offer to inform me when the charges will be reversed,Totally unprofessional and not worth purchasing with their prices,I will never buy from them again.
