   Winters here...Yes - waiting for paid piece that was coming from China - 3 months later it arrived but wrong size - waited another 2 months - nothing....call out fee $91 water temperature sensor $78 - poor work putting the cover back on - missing screws...

   If you are wanting someone who cares and is trustworthy but also is great at their job and happy to deliver great customer service, this is definitely the place. I was beyond surprised at the quick and engaging service provided. Very responsive and keeps in touch. Great value and upfront. I have an Alpine Spa, who estimated 6 weeks till I could get service, Sukh sorted me out within 7days (including part ordering and instal).
