   I called guy to fix my fridge because it wasn't cooling enough. He came twice (he couldn't fix it the first time) to fix it and charged us 280$ just to put that black double-sided tape to keep the damper open. Now it is freezing everything in the fridge because it can't close automatically. Should have replaced the damper . I ordered a new one and replaced it myself for 65$. I am editing this with a photo of what the technician did. It was the original problem. Doing something in the freezer when it's clearly a problem with the damper shows how fraud this guy is. Please be very careful when you deal with this guy.

   Our refrigerator stopped working after a fuse had blown and we called Seoul Refrigeration early on a Saturday morning and he came within a couple of hours. He did an extensive check and found two problems that were not worth fixing given the cost. He advised us to buy a new fridge and insisted on not charging us even though we tried to give him some money for the effort of coming out and spending time assessing. Very honest hard working man, would definitely use his services again.

   Within an hour of texting for help with my broken fridge. He came out on a public holiday (no extra charge) and was looking at it. The circuit board turned out to be broken which he suspected but he got it running again and said if it breaks again I'll refund half. A week later it packed up again and back he came to confirm it was the circuit board. And so offered to refund 1/2 of the amount. Very pleased with this friendly knowledgeable Tradesman.

   Very kind and honest person ,our refrigerator was not cooling at all . Over the phone he gave some instruction to follow and later on came physically to check . As per his instruction We cleared up all ice which was blocking the line and kept freezer door open for few hours . He came and checked and advised it was the ice issue . Nothing to be worried about and didn’t take any money from us . .

   Really kind man who came last minute to repair both our fridge and freezer. He was extremely careful with our freezer, and worked quickly to fix an issue we had left for over a year. He also came back the following day to repair our other fridge. I woke up late, and missed him the first time, but he came back anyway. He was super patient, and replaced everything on the same day. There were no delays with ordering extra parts as he had them on him. He was very friendly too. Highly recommend !!

   Gave a price of $300 on the phone before seeing or assessing the problem. I reminded him of his ad of "no fix no pay" which he agreed. He arrived on time and went straight to open the interior wall. He did not check anything else prior to this. He cleared the ice. He assured me the fridge is fixed. I rechecked the fridge after 4 hours and the fridge is still not working. I called him back and he then claimed it's another problem. "It's big problem" he said. He then said it's gas and will be an additional charge then went to say it's the control panel. He suggested I order the part. I told him I can not pay him $300 as he has not fixed the problem. He then started yelling at me insisting I pay $300. Must be trying to intimidate a woman. His English is poor and hard to try to communicate. I ended up paying $150 but should never have done. I still have the fridge not working. I should have read the reviews first as he did similar story as I went through to several customers. Please stay away from this man.
