   Super friendly and accomodating team that went above and beyond. I booked in my Subaru for WOF and Service and they were able to assess and fit new parts within the day and keep me updated throughout.    The engine in my car made a harsh noise for a while. I took my car to two different workshops for diagnosis. One provided an estimate that was extremely high, while the other misdiagnosed the issue as a faulty wire. I was frustrated by the accumulated diagnostic costs without having a clear understanding of the problem. After receiving high recommendations from two of my colleagues, I decided to drop off my car at Kingsway Automotive & Electrical for diagnosis and repair. This turned out to be the best experience I've had with a mechanic. Not only was the repair cost nearly 50% cheaper than the quotes I received, but Jaydon also showed me the faulty parts that were found in my car and explained how they caused the problem. I highly recommend Kingsway Automotive & Electrical to others because of their patient, professional, and honest approach to business.

   Had some work done from kingsway automotive about 2 or 3 years ago. Had the thermostat replaced.. After leaving there premises i drove out on the back roads of papakura. For about 10mins, i had to pull over and call Kingsway automotive. They told me they tested it 7 times before I left and wouldn't fix it. I then took the car to critchley automotive up the road from them. They fixed it. Since then I have been using this mechanic. Why am I writing the review 2-3 years later is because yesterday I picked my car up from critchley automotive yesterday. And it worked when leaving, after running some errands i parked up the car. After I parked the car up few hours later the car wouldn't start. So I called critchley automotive, they came to my house inspected the car the told me he started it 30 times and it was good, but we will tow it in the work shop and have it look at the problem, at there expense. Moral of the story we need mechanic we can trust and ain't gana rob us. Your behaviour kingway automotive is disgusting.

   Epic service - above and beyond what was needed. Thank you so much. Had alternator from a TVR. So quick - checked if manufacturer had ever seen malfunction and gave suggestions of cause and options. Great value, and great front of house. Thanks from Logiical!!!!!!

   I wish I'd found these guys earlier, they are so helpful!! Fixed problems with my brakes, headlights, engine and more. They are so efficient, they get it done within a day. I also appreciate them taking the time to really explain what was wrong with my car and how exactly they fixed it (because I know nothing about cars lol).
