Have been dealing with Josh & David. Been mucked around and eventually got told our insurance has been cancelled, all due to not listening to our instructions that we requested to be transferred over. Had to keep chasing them up for updates. David had the nerve to say Iām frustrated. Mate I kept my professionalism. Atleast have the courtesy to make it right or respond to my email. Not be a coward and get Josh to respond. Will be taking it further in due course.
