The 10-day New Zealand tour was excellent, and Australia with Uluru was a real hit. The bush provides space for reflection, and the local flavors, as recommended by the tour agency, were delicious. Seems like all they bother is to get money of you. Then hope everything goes well. Got stuck in the middle of my journey airline saying that they happy to change tickets but agent used system that won't allow them to do so. Agent doesn't want to know anything or deal with it. Check your paperwork and documents requirements as their word doesn't mean anything. Be careful
