My journey here at MSL was astounding, the tutors are VERY helpful, practicals were challenging but as a team we pushed through helping each other out. I am honoured to be apart of MSL as the experience was just amazing.

This sudden change of venue made with no notice period given whatsoever is incredibly unprofessional and detrimental to Jesse's wellbeing. We went through the lengthy process of getting Jesse accepted and ready for this course. You were made well aware of his specific needs given that He had Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. Jesse can not and will not travel to the North Shore, We chose MSL solely because the training was being done at Henderson as you well know. So your "temporary change" does not work for him at all I am totally disappointed and feel really let down, this now leaves Jesse at home with no stimulation and no training as promised. He deserves so much better. You clearly are making this change for financial reasons which leaves my son high and dry. His teacher Yang has commented on how well Jesse was growing and progressing but now you have pulled the rug from under his feet. Shame on MSL
