   0 Star for local doctor Walter Road Takanini. I am very disappointed with the service at this medical centre. Even with a booked appointment, patients are still made to wait for almost an hour, which is completely unacceptable. The reception staff are irresponsible and do not communicate clearly or manage appointments properly. It is also very unprofessional that nurses take their breaks at random times, without any consideration for the patients who are already waiting. There seems to be no proper system, no rules, and no respect for people’s time. Overall, the service from all staff members is extremely poor. I expected a much higher level of care, professionalism, and organisation from a healthcare provider. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes urgent improvements.

   I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Practice Nurse M. Ding on a couple of occasions when I took my unwell child to see her (as no doctors were available and we were advised to see her instead). She was quite rude and unprofessional repeatedly interrupted me while I was explaining my child’s symptoms and the home remedies we had already tried. The consultation felt rushed and ended within just a couple of minutes. Overall, I found her attitude very dismissive and would not recommend her at all.

   Will give 0 star, if there is any option to do so. Nikhil at receptionist doesn’t know what he is doing at clinic & rude to clients. I saw was asking patient to walk off if they had issue with this clinic. You will never to seen at given appointment time.

   Would give 0 stars to this practice , my brother went with extreme headache and ear pain , possible infection and they asked him to go get photocopies of his documents first to register him with the centre , what kind of medical facilities are they operating when they have to send the patient back to get copies done ? Don’t these guys have an appropriate means to copy or scan documents. And they advised next booking would be after 3 weeks . He did advise it’s urgent but they don’t understand. There was another lady waiting who they sent back as well.

   No joke this is the worst local doctors. There's a sign saying only walk in the mornings to see a doctor. Then go there again another sign up saying There's no more walk in you have to book an appointment.

   Worst clinic i ever visit. Take my wife to doctor wait time is 7 hours. This is first time i ever visit any doctor clinic in south Auckland.

   Reception staff, the front face of the clinic, are absolutely awful. They need serious training in how to treat people with respect and kindness. I changed my clinic purely because of how rude the reception staff are.

   Brought a sick baby into see the doctor. Was made to wait for hours before even being seen by a nurse. Receptionists are completely unhelpful and refused to give an estimate for wait time, leaving us completely in the dark the entire time.
