   I was satisfied with the service at the North Cote branch of Wanguo Travel. However, I was deeply disappointed with joining this Wanguo Tour group. In the past, when I traveled abroad, except for independent trips, I always returned to my home country to join a tour group. This was my first time in New Zealand. Considering Wanguo Travel's long history, I was excited to join the 15-day Silk Road tour departing on September 3rd. Putting aside the flaws that occurred during the trip, I was deeply disappointed with the tour leader's professionalism and attitude. For example: 1. Due to negligence on the part of the travel agency, they used my passport to book the Mogao Grottoes tour, which caused an issue. This wasn't my fault, and the problem was resolved by completing the necessary paperwork. However, the tour leader insulted my home country in front of everyone, calling it a "non-state." I requested that the tour leader, as a tourism industry operator, refrain from discussing politics in front of the group. He showed no apology and even insisted that he hadn't discussed politics. Just because a tour leader is allowed to have his own national identity, should the customers be humiliated and have their home country insulted? 2. The original itinerary briefing stated that gratuities would be charged for 13 days, but during the pre-trip briefing, the tour leader said they would only be charged for 15 days. We didn't argue and paid as the tour leader said. However, on the 14th day, when we were connecting in Shanghai to Auckland, the tour leader didn't return with us and left the group in Shanghai. Does the tour leader consider leaving the group before the trip is complete? What if a member of the group has an issue during the flight back to Auckland? Who would handle the situation? 3. Punctuality is crucial for the tour meeting time, but the tour leader was 45 minutes late for the meeting at Tianshan Tianchi Lake, leaving the group waiting for him in the cold and rain. Is this acceptable? --------Everything is unacceptable.

   Don't go here to buy tickets, the attitude is bad, because the trip was cancelled, I contacted the customer service and said that the 3,000 yuan ticket will refund more than 1,000 yuan, which is too dark.
