   Waited 30 minutes for their one slow mechanic to finish a WoF before mine, then waited another 45 minutes for him to finish my WoF. He came back with a list of problems and a price that is half the value of my car, so we came back 2 weeks later with some DIY fixes and there's one corrosion problem left which we can't fix. When I came back the second time that one guy didn't look happy to see me, and after he identified the one remaining issue he couldn't tell us a place to go fix it (most auto service shops don't do welding), and we'd have to wait a month for them to be free and still charge us at least $350!! Anyway, I was charged $60 for the failed WoF and several hours of my time, as their one Pacific Islander mechanic seems to move in slow motion, and I can't tell if he hates his job or just doesn't know what time is. ***This is a great place to get a WoF if you don't mind getting scammed of your time and money.*** If you're a busy person like me, find someone more reliable and don't waste your time here.

   Told us to come back in 30 min but partner had to wait nearly 2 hours after coming back. They failed my wiper blades which works smoothly when raining and the headlights for not being polished during the wof check. Also said my breakpads are 50% when its been replaced only 3 weeks ago and the car doesnt get driven often (only for necessities). Clearly trying to find a reason to fail me so I can come back and pay the $40 wof again. Not coming back here again.

   I attempted to get a WOF from this place, the guy who does warrants is just rude possibly even racist. He was happily chatting to another woman in his native language when I arrived. Another staff member approached after a few minutes and I advised I was after a warrant he advised it would be 15 minutes wait I said that was fine. The other lady left then the WOF guy refused to make eye contact even when I waved he ignore me, I saw the other guy approach him twice more in attempts to get him to serve me after 25 minutes waiting he was hiding at the back of the garage and told the other mechanics to come inside the garage so I had to give up and drive off, shockingly bad service and deserves a negative review to warn others.

   I thought it would be the right place for WOF inspection, but I was wrong. The mechanic said that my car needs to be fixed to pass the WOF inspection, and it will cost me $350. I said it is expensive. Then he said he would give me a discount for $250, and let me ask the boss. I asked the boss if the price reasonable or not. The boss said he doesn't know the market; it depends on me to accept it or not. Then I chose to another shop, and it only took me $75 in total to pass the WOF, this included wiper blades replacement, polishing the lights.
