   Recently I took my vehicle for WOF,here,thinking because it's an AA service center,it would be a good place to have your vehicle checked,trustworthy and all that,iam a person that looks after my vehicle,and get work done as soon as something is impaired,my last warrant was done at VTNZ,6 months before,in the six months my vehicle has only done 4000,ks,before taking it to AA service centre,pukekohe, They did the warrant check and it failed on numerous things on underbody,I was gobsmacked whe he showed me the sheet,ì asked if he could book it in,but he said they could do it in the week I was there,so payed my account and went on my way,that night I went over the previous wof sheet from VTNZ.it past with a miner detail saying next warrant with prob meed a new rear wiper.,great iam pleased with that,I thought it over that night to have a second appinion,so took it to VTNZ the very next day,showing them my warrant sheet,well surprised when they told me it passed,and no issues what so ever,so AA Service centre shame on you for trying to get work,and making out I need all this work done,never will use this service again,users be aware of this business.

   It was not professional and very poorly organized without any assurance of quality of the work to confirm their pride in their work.I had my clutch repair in January and my brake just went off after making squeehing sound after my clutch repair.Tried booking unti 17/04/23 when I broke down in the middle of my tripand I had to organize tow truckand after their repair on 17/04/23 despite my enquiry there was no diagnostic confirmation and just the price to pay. Long story short, very unprofessional services.

   Car worked on at pukekohe done problem, 3 days later same problem. Took car to Manukau worked on problem 3days later same problem. Back to Manukau done problem. Car done 3 times in two weeks. Must say the Manukau crew were awesome, worked on car till problem sorted and service was top notch from all staff there. Definitely this is my new work shop. 5 stars Manukau team. See you for WOF

   They left some kind of spray on the door interiors which we cannot remove. They totally ignored the leaking battery and corrosion on the battery bracket and holder. Totally ignored the melted current sensor even though it was on the same battery lead they had to connect to measure the CCA! More interested in dirt marks on the carpet.
