Was gonna sell me a car part and sent pictures of it looking good, next morning messaged me and said it was destroyed. I believe they sold the part in the meantime despite telling me they would hold and then took a picture of another one.
Not a great experience, they do not speak English very well. Decided to buy from Strong for Honda instead....too busy barking wotz yr name wotz your name... price was no cheaper and it did not carry a warranty...
Replied very quickly online and very upfront about price (good price) then removed part for me in yard. Good service

I was sold incorrect parts for my vehicle despite providing specific details of vehicle and parts required. The vehicle was going through the registration compliance process so we did not find out parts were incorrect until my mechanic came to fit them to the car a few months after purchasing. United Auto Parts refused to provide a full refund. We returned the parts back and after a lengthy dispute we finally received back only a fraction of what I paid. This is a clear breach of the Consumer Guaruntees Act as goods are not fit for purpose. Buyer beware, purchase at your own risk.
