    Highly recommend Holly. She’s very knowledgeable and skilled. She has recommended stretches, exercises, and self massage that I can do to help alleviate problematic areas in between appointments in addition to the magic she works. Probably the most skilled masseuse I’ve seen and she’s always my first appointment I set when traveling back to NZ. She also offers dry needling which can be very effective.

    I cannot recommend Holly highly enough. I have ongoing muscular and skeletal issues I will deal with my whole life and am very hesitant to try any new physical therapy as half the time it does not good and half the time it actually makes me worse. Holly improves whatever horrible thing my body is doing almost immediately and with regular visits I feel almost like a regular person. She's experienced and capable of dealing with injury's and issues due to sports, excercise, disability and more and always creates a calm friendly welcoming environment to a diverse clientele Now all that said don't get me wrong, if you go see Holly for a relaxation massage you'll be floating on a cloud but if you go for injury/disability massage (and I so highly recommend you do) be prepared to be in as much pain as you can handle. She'll never go more intense than you can manage but she will work hard to correct whatever needs correcting as thoroughly as possible
