   I visited Adele after battling for 5 months with shoulder and arm pain. From the first visit I felt an improvement in mobility and after just a few sessions the pain has minimised.    I've spent thousands on osteo & chiropractors to try and relieve my ongoing back and neck pains (from old injuries)... but since discovering bowen therapy I've found long lasting relief at a fraction of the cost. Can highly recommend Adele to anyone who has tried all the other common methods but still have ongoing body pains. I have been referring my friends and family :)
