   I unfortunately suffered one of the worst pinched nerves I've ever had on a Saturday morning and Murphy's law - everyone was closed. I called almost every Physio in Northshore and not even the "emergency after hours" Physios bothered to return my calls. Damian was the only one that contacted me and even though I couldn't see him until first thing Monday morning, I greatly appreciated even the acknowledgement. Damian was able to easily identify what the problem was and within a few sessions and some homework to complete on my side I was back to normal. I cannot recommend Damian highly enough.    Hurt my knee while surfing, Damian was able to take me in charge quickly and gave me the diagnostic. Been working with him on manipulation and exercises. Huge help as I know I will be back to surfing soon at 100%!
