He went above and beyond: he not only located the exact vest I was looking for, but when the size wasn't available, he immediately looked up the next expected order date so I knew when to check the website. He was also incredibly helpful in explaining the dimensional differences between the men's and women's versions, which was something no one else had mentioned.     I have an Anmore ladies woollen coat which is lovely to wear and is very nice quality wool. It is the warmest coat I own and is quite appropriate for (Auckland) New Zealand weather and style. I would wear it to town and in the bush. My son rides an e-scooter and e-bike in all kinds of weather so I purchased him an oil-skin men's jacket hoping it was an okay look for his age. It protects him and he wears it a lot. The oil-skin jacket has just been re-proofed after 12 months wear and I recommend looking up the Swanddri You-Tube clip on re-proofing with ONE tin of swanddri re-proofing product. I only used half a tin as you are best to use it sparingly unless you don't mind the oily wet look. I think it looks okay and should be okay for solid wear for another 12 months between proofing. The staff are great and I am happy that New Zealand has such a quality brand for our weather.

    Very exciting having Swanndri's own store in Auckland, unfortunately very disappointing, the one staff member sat behind the counter on his phone, said "Hi" and was back down onto his phone. Music was ridiculously loud. Totally different to queenstown store experiance. Store 3/5 Staff 1/5 Atmosphere 2/5 Customer service 1/5
