   I have known Emma as a fellow business owner since covid. During lockdowns, we met online and figured to how to safely navigate through this period of time where our communities could not meet in person. We figured out ways to keep our people active and connected online, and then again in-person in our studios. Through this support of one another business came a genuine friendship blossomed and a real love and support of what one another do within the arts community. I often point people in Emma's direction, and visa versa - we have a genuine love of people and a mutual respect for our craft. Emma is an astute business women, dance teacher, choreographer - and someone you can absolutely love and trust with your persons journey in dance.    The ballet school offers good classes with a well-organized timetable. However, they do not have a dedicated professional for customer service; instead, they handle it themselves. If you politely and professionally raise any issues, they tend not to respond well and may even ask you not to contact them again. Emma McInnes, who is primarily responsible for customer service, seems to manage almost everything in the school.
