the reception lady was very rude. I went in and waited for a couple of minutes and then the lady from reception came and wont even look me in the eye, I asked her about wof and full service and answered in a very rude way as if she doesnt want me to be there. I was gonna be a new customer since i live very close(5 min walk to be exact). I wont even consider coming back to this place anymore even if it is the most convenient car serice place close to home.. Its the first time i felt there was a low key racism with just the ambience in the room

Awesome work by the team. I took my Caldina to them to investigate some issues and they did it all for free. I booked it in to get the repairs done after a quote, and it came back quicker than expected and cheaper than I thought. I will definitely be using them again for all my car needs.
