Went here after being tail-ended and was treated like absolute royalty. I was provided a courtesy car straight away and given consistent updates over the 3 weeks it took to repair my car. Their customer service was top tier throughout the process. But the best part was the immaculate work done on my car - it felt like receiving the car new all over again. The rear bumper was gleaming and other small scrapes on the car had had a touch-up too. These guys really go the extra mile and I cannot recommend them enough. Clean workshop, perfect colour match to unusual European paint, on time and budget with no surprises. Then sold the car to my mother and 4 years later, its still like new. Definitely going back for my next job (sadly now needed :/).
