   I cannot recommend Dr P Nayak enough, his kindness and thoroughness has made an enormous difference for my family as well as myself. He listens without rushing, explains things in a way that’s easy to understand, and always makes you feel supported, his professionalism and compassion are hard to find. Appointments can run late, but honestly, it’s a reflection of how much care he puts into each person. Thank you Dr Nayak and your amazing team for everything you’ve done.

   Receptionists never answers the phone. I had to call 7 times just to finally speak to someone & be told they aren’t taking new patients & they are fully booked until Friday. By the time you get an appointment, you are basically better.

   Tried to take baby here to see a doctor last week when she was experiencing breathing difficulty. It is our local and we are new to the area. On arrival midday, the doors were locked, then as we were leaving, the receptionist pulled up. When we entered with baby visibly ill, we were told all the staff were still on their breaks at the same time. Totally unacceptable. Ended up driving to another doctor who assessed baby and referred us to Starship Hospital.

   The company/office don’t actually reply to your emails/queries when you message through their website & there is no direct email provided to the branch you want to enquire to. This is the 2nd email I have sent to Local Doctors and I have never received a reply or call back. I only go here because they have appointments available, you don’t see the only doctor that works at this clinic on time but I see him within 2 hours so…. What can you do. I emailed because they have charged me different prices multiple times and charged me for appointments I have already paid for, despite their website and reception area showing the pricing they should be charging you! Recommendation: get another doctor for this clinic that has multiple consult rooms available AND charge people for the appointments when they arrive for it instead of after they’ve completed it? It was “only” about $20 but don’t over charge me/change the cost Willy Nilly as it seems deceitful!
