   Ive been coming here for years around 5-6 years now trusted them with my cars, BUT recently i took my daughter's car in for a service which costed me $700+ which i sort of didnt mind thinking cool my daughters first ever car has been serviced, only to take it home an it to break down the very next day. Then i had to take it back only to hear that the reason why it broke down was because there was DIESEL in the car. The car was just over half full with 95, now a $700+ service has turned into probably an extra $1000+ on top. After paying this off I WONT EVER BRING ANY OF MINE OR ANY OF MY FAMILY'S CAR HERE EVER. Sorry to the guy i have been seeing throughout my years coming here but this place has LOST MY TRUST.

   I'm going to this garage since couples years already now and I can tell you they are very professional and trustwise. They work fast and efficiently , I never have the sensation they make me pay more stuff then necessary . I will more then advice you to take a appointment with them . Just be patience for call them because they are often too busy to answer.

   Kim and John went above and beyond to find my "strange brake noise" answering my questions and listening without a raised eyebrow! Don't quite know what you did but its all good now. Changed booking 3 times not a problem to them. Honest and friendly mechanics. Defo going back for service

   Extremely bad service. Took a whole week to make a wof appointment, they do not answer calls or text back. Finally made a booking after a week, collected my car on the other side of auckland and arrived in time for my appointment, and then I receive a phone call telling me the appointment is cancelled due to the wof inspector attending to a breakdown. Obviously they would make more money from the breakdown rather than a WOF, they don’t care about providing a quality service. Absolutely poor service, and lack of consideration for customers time. Do not recommend this place.

   AWWWWWWESOME! customer service, phone skills, defintely felt welcome&comfortable :) turned up 10 mins late but still let me get my wof done they also fixed problems straight away ☺ definitely gained my trust you have gained a loyal customer thank you so much kim & your team

   I would highly recommend. Very professional and trustworthy. Would recommend to friends and family. Kim and his team would not ripp me off. Knows I have a young family that travels in my car. Does thorough checks and lets me know what needs to be done in the future period before charging me.
