   I highly recommend Erica’s counseling services. Through a very difficult and confusing time I was able to gain back my self esteem, peace & enjoyment in everyday life. I have more acceptance of some very troubling issues I was faced with, and have learnt some very valuable methods of coping and getting through difficult times. Erica helped me to see the light and re-learn self love and compassion and make sense of my trauma and grief which now allows me to live a more enjoyable meaningful life where I feel powerful in making my own decisions and meeting my own needs to align with my personal values. Thank you Erica for your amazing work and the many sessions of listening, caring, and understanding so many different aspects of my life to help me rewire my belief system, gain clarity, and pave the way forward. My sessions working with Erica is the best thing I’ve ever done for my self and the best investment which continues to benefit me in all aspects of my life.

   My school arranged for Erica, who has been their counsellor for a number of years, to see me when I lost my father. He was close to me and I wanted to follow him. Being a student in Health Science, I can tell her approaches are based on science but at the same time, she is a real healer who genuinely cares. I was an adult student in my 60s, now a qualified naturopath who deals with people with depression, anxiety, and insomnia by improving diet, exercise, and lifestyle. I wish more people who are suffering like me to see and benefit from Erica.

   Looking for that one councillor to feel comfortable going to? Look no further. After having a few different councillors i nearly gave up until I meet Erica from day one she makes you feel comfortable and feels like she actually she gets you and wants to help you. As well as giving you some skills to help you move forward in life and gain back that confidence you may have had.
