My daughter khloe was treated by Doctor Swetha. She done nice job on my daughter , my little girl didn't feel anything and she was smiling when her tooth been removed. As a father I was so impressed by what doctor swetha did. Good job Dental planet...keep up the good service do patients.
This place is an absolute scam. My dad booked an appointment for a simple tooth extraction, and the dentist — a lady with short hair — clearly looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. She quoted him $1800 for ONE tooth, claiming the decay was “too deep,” and I ended up paying for it. My dad told me she kept sending her assistant away every time she was hurting him, almost like she didn’t want the assistant to see what was happening. His mouth was full of blood, and the assistant should’ve been helping, but wasn’t. English isn’t my dad’s first language, but he explained everything perfectly to us. He said he could feel everything even after she “numbed” him, and when he told her, she responded with “that’s okay” and continued pulling — even though he was clearly in pain. He has been howling in pain all night. It’s now 4am, I have work in the morning, and I’m exhausted and furious thinking about what this dentist put him through. My dad has never paid more than $400 for an extraction before, yet she tried justifying her outrageous fee by saying that in India the “standard price is around $2000.” That is completely irrelevant and does not justify ripping someone off in New Zealand. I am tired, I am broke, and I am absolutely livid. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly shocking. I WILL be taking this to the Ministry of Health and the Dental Council of New Zealand. Not good enough.
I got my teeth done here. The lady who done my teeth right at the end room used $3000 on fillings when I needed to do extractions. I also was going to pay at the reception but she told me to wait until she comes out to pay her the $3000. After she played with my mouth She said they didn't have the Tools to do my extractions and I needed more money and said she put in fillings instead. She told me to come back when I need the teeth pulled where she put my fillings and she couldn't pull because she didn't have the "tools". I told her I paid her the money for the extractions not fillings and she said she used the money on the filling material so I will have to pay again for extractions. I'm currently working with a lawyer because she had put fillings in where I needed my teeth extracted. I went back to her and said I needed a written letter stating why she only did the fillings and I used financial assistance from the government. She said that i had to tell them myself. The law centre in mangere have agreed to help with Me removing my teeth while we work on this case on Dental Planet Mangere with the recordings and evidence I have gathered. Absolutely in so much pain. If you don't have the Tools maybe you shouldn't be operating. And I'm pretty sure it's illegal use the money for work I hadn't been quoted for. Such a rip off. If u have bad anxiety, ask 4 Dr Nazrul Amzad. She absolutly rocks, understood wat im going thru offered me solutions that worked 4 me as im a sooky baba. She also volunteers around aux with no pay. A beautiful wahine that i highly recommend, its not about the money with her, its her patient.☆☆☆
Visited this clinic in a lot of pain, but they had no record of my previous visit just 6 months ago very concerning. The dentist worsened my pain during the consult, and I felt like just a number, with costly extractions and prescription issues on top. They advertise “urgent care” and “affordable,” but it felt anything but. Ended up at Highbrook Dental for half the price, and Karim made sure I left pain-free and properly cared for.
After they got paid 2200 dollar by work n income they declared my case too complicated. When asked for a refund they don’t pay the money back and keep saying: we will do it. Now 5 months later it’s time for a judge to force them to pay me back. The place is unprofessional and steals money from their customers. Don’t go there!

Quality of service and staff, professional and very vital in doing their work. Reception was very helpful with booking, and dentist was just excellent with assistance of tooth extraction today. Went to Dental Planet today, Dr Rose and Kenji were fabulous I felt looked after and I was informed all.of the way during my procedure thank you. Highly recommend to all.
A very busy clinic but definitely worth visiting, their staff are highly trained and extremely professional. Leah the dentist is very thorough and excellent is what she does, she helps the patients understand what's going on and offers the solutions that meet the patients' needs with realistic goals. Leah is one of the most professional health professionals I've ever come across. I am glad I read the review before seeing them - I haven't looked back since!!
