   Had a great experience with both customer service and car service at Tony’s Tyre in Mt Wellington. Working in retail myself, I understand how important it is to give good advice and clearly explain price differences—without putting pressure on the customer. Daegan did exactly that. He offered me two options and explained the pros and cons in a soft, professional way. I’m not someone who knows much about tyre, and I don’t change them often, so I really needed some guidance. Daegan helped me understand my choices, but still left the final decision up to me—and I’m so glad I made the one I did! Highly recommend them for honest and friendly service.

   Daegon at Mt.Well branch is top tier professional. This’s why we should pay little more for the professional services. Daegon provided straight forward advise, honest comment with clear professional knowledge. Glad i came to see him and not went to the cheaper garage with unprofessional reviews!    Will never go there again. My car failed for no actual reasons. The first reason was the left hand sway was making noise which cost $180 to replace and the noise is still there (see attached video). The second reason, I was told the left side fog light is not properly fixed. To solve this, the technician decided to disconnect the fog lights completely and charged me $159 for labour. I was also misled to believe that the wof will remain pending until I fix these issues, which I found out is not true, as I could leave and get a second opinion and just pay them the wof charge. The tax invoice I received didn’t mention the disconnection of fog light, instead it included a labour charge line item for $159, which made me question your credibility and trustworthiness. Long story short I feel the $39 wof was a trap that cost me $299. I will never come again to this place and won’t recommend it to anyone.

   Highly recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff, Mr. Davinder is very professional & attention to detail were evident throughout the process. Mechanics were skilled and quickly identified the issue with my car. They explained the necessary repairs in a way that I could easily understand, and I appreciated their straightforward approach. The repair work was completed on time, and my car now runs perfectly. The pricing was reasonable, and there were no hidden fees. Thank you, Davinder and the entire team, for a job well done! You have earned a loyal customer, and I will gladly recommend your car service to others.

   Daegan and staff are very solution orientated. Cordial, friendly and as well as giving top notch service their customer relations were gold, making you feel valued. This is a wonderful asset for a company, especially in Current times. Even when there was a glitch in communication with the helpdesk, Daegan assisted in getting it put right. Highly recommend!

   The service here was really good. Daejan had great customer service and great knowledge. However I think they need more staff on at this centre. So much demand but not enough staff to do the work. Hence the 4 stars as I had to wait a few days to get my service done. I do recommend going here though as service is amazing. I'll be going back to get a few more things done as I have more time to spare.

   The team was really friendly and welcoming. They did a fantastic job at repairing my punctured tyre and explaining the process of the repair. Also, the guys polished my tyres which I am really happy about. I would recommend their service!
