   This accounting firm delivers a masterclass in customer disdain. Expect poor communication, glacial email responses, an utter absence of leadership, and a complete disregard for any kind of higher level consideration of the client's circumstances. Inaccurate accounts are merely the final insult in truly abysmal customer service. Avoid at all costs - I would give zero stars if I could.
