   I accompanied my mum here for her cataract operation and follow-up appointments. Mum was well looked after by the medical staff, and I was proactively given the WiFi passwords and invited to enjoy some of the lovely coffee available at the station. The seating while I waited was adequate for me to work remotely and complete some tasks on my laptop. Kudos to the staff who are always very professional and friendly. Mum also seems very relaxed after her visit. It always makes me look forward to bringing her here.

   My husband had surgeries done on both eyes by Dr Adam Watson five years ago and he still sees Dr Watson for ongoing annual check ups. Dr Watson is very calm and professional and himself is very reassuring. His lovely assistant Ms Catherine Cruz is so friendly and is always on hand to assist with all questions and concerns. We highly recommend Dr Watson and his team to provide you with the care and results you need with any eye issues.

   My recent visit to Eye Institute was outstanding. I particularly want to commend Martina, the optometrist, for her exceptional care. She has a wonderful way of putting you at ease and is clearly brilliant at what she does. I also had a very informative consultation with Professor Helen, whose expertise and knowledge were truly impressive. A top-notch team! Only reason for the 4 stars was due to the wait time for the professor to come back in. Due to my condition this made the appointment a bit nerve wrecking. I was thankful of the optometrist coming back to check on me.

   Eye Lasik - 7 Year Review! I cannot say enough about Dr Mantell & the team at Eye Institute, they do Gods work! I had worn contacts for 15yrs and glasses for even more. I'm 38 yrs old now and had my eye lasik done around this time in 2016. Had my eyes tested today and I still have better than 20/20 vision! The op at the time was the most seamless, professional, painless experience I had medically. Everything went right, cannot fault to this day... It was and has been life changing. The best money I have spent on myself - HANDS DOWN! What a wonderful organisation, staff and facilities. I've had some unrelated issues with my eye recently, these guys/gals are still as great as the day I first went in (North Shore and Remuera) - Great staff, great customer service, all staff are great, they think outside the box and go above and beyond. Thank you!

   10 - 10 recommend! I put this off for years because the thought of lasik eye surgery was far too scary but it was the super quick and completely painless. I was very nervous the whole time leading up to the procedure and a bit of a mess on the day but Dr Watson and his team were fantastic and really made sure that I was okay. His nurse (Catherine) answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable and safe. I walked in seeing at -5.5 and walked out seeing better than 20/20. Can't recommend Dr Watson and his team more!

   Beautiful professionals working in a beautiful way and doing beautiful jobs. Just had a pre-surgery eye check there. The front desk ladies and doctors were all so nice and efficient, and clarified all the questions and concerns I had for the coming surgery and walked out relaxed and worries free.
