Pretty Poor. Been there for last few years and had to make a few complains on the rude doctors behaviour. Never on time and still never compassionate Over the years they have been from bad to worse
Dr Marriot is a nice doctor, but I left this clinic, basically due to reception. When I rang as a regular enrolled patient and asked for help with a miscarriage in a distressed state, I was told I would have to pay the usual fee. I explained that this is fully funded to the receptionist who got very terse and told me, I hadn't been in for quite a time and didn't warrant a fee appointment! So I rang another GP who I was not enrolled with, and they saw me for free and organised my scans and so on. But really, this was the last thing I needed, there was no empathy or understanding of the system from the front desk. I couldn't face going back and enrolled at the clinic that did help me.
Dr Marriott. treating you as an old friend and very friendly!
Dr Marriott is great ! he gives you his time willingly, you are treated as an individual.
