A very friendly & helpful place to look for tiles. They were always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. They even arranged display tiles from other branches to make up desperately needed tiles for out of stock items. Jim & staff were extremely knowledgeable and willing to offer best customer experience. We would not hesitate to shop at Tile Warehouse Orakei. Similar warm support was given by other branches when there was a need.
I recently renovated my bathrooms and I couldn’t have done it without professional help from Jimmy, Dharshna and Buhu. As it was my first time renovating bathrooms, I felt overwhelmed by so many decisions to make, etc. Jimmy & his team gave me very useful information on everything that I needed to know about tiles. Their suggestions were just spot on. Not only they offered a very professional service, but also they were very attentive and patient with me. I ended up visiting their shop several times as was a bit indecisive when choosing tiles. There wasn’t a single moment that they didn’t greet me with big smiles. At the end of this process, they almost feel like my family now. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
A wonderful customer service from Jimbo and Darsha. We are looking for some tiles for our kitchen renovation and Jimbo really knows how to help with the technical details also his calculation on quantity has saved us a lot. He is also suggesting to reserve an extra box just in case any unforeseeable circumstances. Darsha is fabulous & friendly & helpful about questions & sorting out the return of the tiles we bought due to someone changed her mind :-). Well done guys !!
