   The sales assistant was absolutely amazing she know her products and was so helpful despite being the last customer in store on a Sunday one hour before closing time Amber took the time to talk to us gave us a so many variation with tiles and even took time to show us what it will look like. An absolute pleasure to have had her help us. I was so so impressed I didn’t even go back to other tile shops where the sales assistance we encountered were so unhelpful or just no customer service whatsoever. Thanks Tile Space Ellersile

   Really pleased with the service/assistance I received from Tile Space Ellerslie and Carly Pennell in particular. Very helpful in guiding me through the selection process and they were happy to hold the tiles for me while waiting for the restoration of my home to take place following the floods. Delighted that they are actually starting to be laid now some 3 months later. Would happily recommend them to others for the selection of tiles and the service I received.

   I am so glad I came to this store, had amazing service and was given the right advice, as to what type of tile I should be using for the floor in both my bathroom and laundry, as I didnt know and was picking tiles suited for the walls and not the floor, which would have caused a nasty accident as soon as it got wet. Want to give a special thanks to both Chloe and Chris Jennings for going the extra mile on an issue I came across and they helped me to fix it. My bathroom and laundry looks amazing and I feel Super Fancy whenever I go into these 2 areas, your tiles came out much better than I could ever have imagined.
