   The process for us was definitely not smooth due to so many challenges with our property. Other mortgage brokers were unable to help us, but Reza found a way. His communication is prompt, easy to understand (for the non-financially literate!) and efficient. He kept us up to date via email when we were too busy to take phone calls.
