From the first phone call Jay provided a personable, efficient and extremely prompt service. After using the same provider for all our domestic insurance needs for almost 25yrs we decided to change after the lack of service we had begun to receive. Jay had a quote to us within 24hrs and within 2 days we had everything we needed, but then we decided we wanted to change a few things and enquire into others. Jay looked into these things and promptly provided other options. This has been a standout in his service, his quick response. Blanket was recommended to us and I can honestly say that I have not been disappointed. We had the great fortune to met Jenna, she managed to sort the whole process of moving insurers, efficiently and very professionally.
