The team was able to answer immediately and get a plumber on site in 3 hours. And I said it wasn't a rush. Fixing the issue required a spare part. They keep me advised of progress in getting it. A perfect job of communication and managing expectations. A few days later I noticed a small defect. Again, they had it fixed in a few hours. You are a Company of Heroes!
VERY EXPENSIVE service. 700 nzd to fix a leak (in the tank and drops in toilet itself) that I showed to the plumber directly when arrived. It took him 2 hours to fix it. No leaks to the ceiling was found, which was my big worry. The plumber didn’t explain well the parts to change and the price… Anyway a good lesson to wait for more quotes from other plumbers to decide, but honestly 2 hours is too long time and it did increase the bill significantly.

We had an urgent job and Mr Plumber were able to help us within an hour of calling. Bruce had wonderful service via the phone and Mark the plumber who did the job was efficient and had great customer service. Thank you we would definitely use again.
Had the plumber to our unit to sort out a toilet seat and check the water system in general. Tenants daughter had complained about high water bills...Turned up on time, and carried out water supply checks and fixed toilet seat. We have used this company for all our plumbing needs at this unit, and find them more than satisfactory. Would recommend.
Don't use. Inexperienced young lad sent out on his own, despite knowing job detail didn't come with correct gear. Got charged extra... for a job that should have taken possibly 2 hours, maybe 2.5 hours, ended up paying nearly 6 hours plus call out fees. Charged for everything including a rag for cleaning! When challenged re cost, owner Bruce hung up on my wife. Don't want anyone else to go through this - steer clear.
I called at 5pm with an issue with our leaking toilet. My call was answered straight away and a plumber was scheduled for first thing the following day. Our plumber was prompt, polite and tidy in his work. He clearly explained the issue to me. We needed a replacement seal, which was non standard, so he drove to a couple of places to source one at a reasonable cost. Left everything clean, tidy, and perfectly repaired.
